what are the benefits of happi healthi doggi food?
each dog is obviously unique & has different circumstances when it comes to their diet and results, but we have noticed improved mood, better digestion, and shinier coats in our own pups!
how do i serve + store happi healthi doggi meals?
these meals can be frozen for up to 4 weeks from when they were originally cooked, and kept in the fridge for up to 7 days. it is recommended to thaw out your meal on the day of or leave it in the fridge the night before to prepare.
when serving this to your pup, we recommend transferring the meals to a glass or ceramic bowl and warming them up in your microwave to your dog's liking. however, our containers are completely microwave-safe and can be used to heat these up as well!
how should i store the kibble + treats?
store these in an open-air, dry, room temp location. avoid placing these in closed or vacuum-sealed containers where moisture can be trapped. these treats are best enjoyed 7-10 days from when they were baked! if enjoyed beyond then, double-check each treat to ensure they are not spoiled or stale.
will this impact my dog's digestion?
we encourage all of our customers to test out our food first to make sure it's a good fit for your pup. we have noticed improved digestion in our own dogs, and would love for yours to experience the same!
how do you select the ingredients in the meals?
the ingredients we use are vet-approved and meant to make your dog happy & healthy. we research and safety-check our recipes to make sure that your dogs are getting the best of the best.
can I mix this with my dog's regular food/kibble?
yes! we actually recommend starting off by slowly working this into their regular meals. over time, both you & your pup will notice the happi healthi doggi difference.
why is this better than store brand kibble?
our food is homemade with fresh ingredients that don't include any preservatives, additives, or other unnecessary fillers. we publish all of our ingredients when you order to show you exactly what your dog is getting, and why it's good for them.
how much should I feed my dog?
if you have a smaller dog breed, we recommend going with our 10 oz. small meal. if you have a medium or large dog breed, we recommend going with our 16 oz. medium/large meal. these meals are enough for a day's worth of food per dog.
are the containers microwave/dishwasher safe?
microwave — yes. we recommend warming these up in a glass microwave-safe container, but the containers we provide can be microwaved.
dishwasher — no. we recommend cleaning these by hand.
can you re-use my containers when i re-order?
yes! we are all about reducing plastic waste whenever we can. if you decide to re-order with us, we can either pick up or have you drop off your previous containers so we can re-utilize them.
